Dear Nutrition Geniuses,

(read as sweet dream by the eurythmics)
Sweet dreams are made of cheese
Who am I to diss a Brie
I Chedder the world and the feta cheese
Everybody’s looking for Stilton
Some of them want fondue too
Some of them want to fondue with you!

Sassy and Pearl, in queso emergency I typically pray to cheesus, but today I need your HELP!  Please drop all your cheesy knowledge on me.  What are your favorite cheeses? What should I be looking for in cheese?  Can I eat ALL THE CHEESE?  Is cheese GRATE with every meal?   I’m feta up with all these swissuspicious cheese that come in plastic wrapped singles.

Thanks!
Forever Provolone

ps. what do you call cheese that isn’t yours?! NACHO CHEESE! Continue reading “Is Cheese GRATE? (Q&A #8)”
