Applesauce and Cheddar Stuffed Pork Chops


I love pork. If I had to pick only one meat to eat for the rest of my life it would without a doubt be pork. This was one of those meals where I was trying to finish the last of some of the things in my refrigerator (applesauce and cheddar cheese) and what better way to finish it off than stuffing it in pork?! Hot Italian Sausage and Acorn Squash Hash


Acorn squash are 3/$1 at the farmers market. That’s right I said three for one doll hair my friends! So of course we have about a bajillion now. Okay just kidding I have three but I also have a refrigerator full of produce. It’s really hard to keep two foodies (myself and my best friend/roomie, Bridget) in control at a farmers market.
