I think I have a dairy intolerance and after listening to you geniuses I decided to eliminate it to see how I feel…well turns out I feel like a rockstar. BUT…now I’m worried, where is a gal supposed to get strong bones from? Will my bones crumble to pieces if I don’t get calcium from milk? HELPPPP!

Some of them want to fondue with you!

 Sassy and Pearl, in queso emergency I typically pray to cheesus, but today I need your HELP!  Please drop all your cheesy knowledge on me.  What are your favorite cheeses? What should I be looking for in cheese?  Can I eat ALL THE CHEESE?  Is cheese GRATE with every meal?   I’m feta up with all these swissuspicious cheese that come in plastic wrapped singles.

Truth or Dair(y)?

I dair(y) you to give up dairy for 1 month…30 days…you can do anything for that long, come on give it a shot! I double cow dair(y) you! But first, let me give you the truth.

  1. Cow’s milk is not essential for humans’ growth or survival.
  2. Conventional cow’s milk is contaminated with hormones, pesticides and more, and
  3. Calcium and Vitamin D are found in many other non-dairy sources
