This weekend marks the 4th of July and while it is an amazing time to celebrate the Independence of America a lot of us use it as a time to mark the beginning of Summer and have parties GALORE.  We at Team Nutrition Genius are all about you unwinding and having a good time but this is not a time to forget all about your Real Food Lifestyle.
