Diana’s Bio: “Diana is a farmer and a nutritionist and the best-selling author of Paleo Lunches and Breakfasts On The Go. On her blog Sustainable Dish, and local television show of the same name, she explores which foods are optimal for both human nutrition and the environment. Diana also co-produces the podcast Modern Farm Girls with Liz Wolfe and produces video about farming, cooking, nutrition and life on her farm that can be found on her YouTube channel, Sustainable Dish.
