      Oh my goodness! She is awesome! She’s a biomechanist who’s all about the body’s natural movement. I listened to her book, Move Your DNA, on audio as well as some of her podcasts where she talks about transitioning away from a mattress, and then I just recently read her post about it here http://www.katysays.com/how-to-transition-out-of-a-mattress/ at the same time I read Ben Greenfield’s post about mattresses, coincidentally haha. Anyway, I personally have currently been thinking about whether I want a more natural mattress, or to transition out of one all together. So, I just thought I’d throw that out there as another option for you in case you were interested. 🙂
